I would like to recommend Affinitas Pty Ltd as an ideal firm for any building works for which they tender. I have known
and worked with Affinitas Pty Ltd for three and a half years and I have enjoyed building successful projects with them.
They have transformed our campus through major work on our:

Office Refurbishments $118k (2015/2018)
Chapel Refurbishment $18k (2016)
External Works $40k (2016)
Science lab upgrades $29k (2016)
Classroom Refurbishment $337k (2016/2017)
Arts Centre Floor Repair $125k (2017)

Affinitas is a leader amongst their peers and, as evidenced above, there is no job too big or too small. The strength of
their customer service comes through their relationship building matched to problem solving and genuine goodwill when
dealing with unexpected issues. When issues have arisen, I have found that Affinitas have been more than willing to
“share the pain” rather than hand pass-on the bad news.
Furthermore, Affinitas is focused on WHS when on site, and in all the time we have worked together there have been no
WHS issues. Operating in a working school environment necessitates the need to ensure the site is both clean and safe
and that contractors’ behaviour is exemplary. They have always met these requirements.
During the time that I have known Mike Gilmore, he has been respectful and compassionate along with a keen sense of
humour and a real positive purpose. This management culture is evident with all the Affinitas team that I have worked
with.
I believe Affinitas Pty Ltd would be an asset to any organisation considering building and I have no hesitation in being
their referee.
